★Precautions for Bisque Doll★
-Parting line can visible and it is not faulty.
- There might be some marbling and speckles on the doll skin. Please note that this it Not considered as a defective item.
- Bisque Dolls are not for custom-made.
The original form of doll cannot change, and painting can't be removed.
- Bisque dolls are very fragile, so please be careful when dealing with it.
- All bisque Dolls are made by hands. Therefore, it takes about 100 days to complete.I hope you understand it.
- In case of Bisque doll, there might be some problems in production
because the process of making is complex and needs meticulous care. In this case, we will put up the notice in advance.
- The hair of Bisque dolls is Mo-hair, and it is attached to Head-cap by a woodworking glue.
- You can change a hairstyle by using a straw or something else. Or you can put a wig on Head-cap which is not attached hair.
- Endless beauty even if 100 years passes. It’s a charm of Bisque Doll.

About 80% defects occurred after the main firing (second firing) of the work done after the launch.
We realized that some porcelain slips were defective, and the entire amount should be discarded.
We've worked for about 3 months to make mold, cast slip, 1st firing, and 2nd firing, but we should do everything again.
So it took more than twice as long as planned.
Current stage of work
These photo above were taken in the morning of May 20, 2021.
The first firing has been completed, and we will do the second firing soon.
After the 2nd firing, coloring and firing are expected three times.
After coloring and firing, hair work, tension work, packaging work will be done.
This process is also very laborious and complicated, so I expect that it takes three months or more.
We are sorry to keep you waiting for a long time,
I will do my best to make a cute doll.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation of order will be refundable only if you cancel your order within 24 hours after payment.
But if the order is canceled due to customer's change of mind or mistake, any charges incurred during the order payment
or cancellation and refund process should be paid by the customer, and the refund amount may differ depending on the exchange rate.
Basically, made to order products cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the payment. In case of unavoidable cancellation is needed due to customer's situations,
inventory handling cost (25% of order amount) will be charged, so please make an order carefully.
