Due to the delay in production of your order for Natassa, the delivery will be delayed a little longer about a week more.

If the face-up option has not been selected, your order will be sent within next week、

If you added the face-up option, it will take 1-2 more weeks.

Due to the recent hot and humid weather, the resin(Material) was sensitive and there were coloring problems, 

so the defect rate is high and the work is slow. I'm sorry to have kept you waiting for so long.

Although we informed on the doll pre-order page that it could take additional time if you add Face up option, 

we would like to let you know in advance if the delivery date will exceed 100 days.
