iMda Doll confirms your payment receipt and then produces the order product and prepares for shipment after production is completed. 

The 'Production Period' can take up to 90 days after your full payment day. Please refer to the preparation period for the product type below.

1. Pre-ordered products (most of resin dolls)

Shipped within 60~90 days after your full payment day (special case, production process takes up to 90 days)

2. General products (excluding pre-order products)

Ships within 24~48 hours after your full payment day (It takes about 10~30 days if there is no stock)

Estimated delivery time (based on business day) will take about 2~3 days for domestic delivery, 7~10 days for international delivery. 

iMda Doll uses EMS for overseas delivery, EMS delivery usually takes 3~7 days, and general delivery usually takes 14~30 days.

But international delivery may be delayed depending on the destination country’s customs situation, and holidays such as Saturdays, 

National holidays and other reasons due to natural disasters, the period will be excluded from the delivery period.
